An exciting expression from Martinique's Habitation Saint-Étienne, this tremendous rhum agricole was produced from a single sugar cane variety, harvested from just two fields. That cane variety is exotically named R570, which sounds like it might have been discovered on Mars, but it is more commonly referred to as golden cane or straw blond cane, which sounds much more delicious, and earthly.
Bursting with fruit, ripe mango, and zesty pineapple with fresh cane juice and floral herbs. Peppery warmth grows, with zesty notes of citrus peel and tropical funk.
