The gyre & Gimble team has gone and bottled up a brilliant rum all the way from Barbados! This expression is drawn from single casks, and matured for 10 years before being bottled up at 40% ABV, with a rather handsome dodo upon the label. great for sipping neat, and will make some incredible cocktails, we reckon. A Rum Old Fashioned made with this ought to be sublime...
