Description

A single cask release from Grenada Distillers, blending both pot and column still molasses rum. It's been aged in a single American oak bourbon barrel, and was released by West Indies Rum & Cane Merchants at 46% ABV, without colouring, flavouring or chillfiltering. A rather striking decanter it's housed in, too.

Overall

Crème brûlée with a generous helping of vanilla pod, dried apricot, apple crumble and allspice.
