A single estate Mauritian rum from New Grove, produced from molasses and aged between 10 and 14 years in a selection of new French oak and Cognac casks. All natural, without added colour or sugar, this is a splendid sipper and will work a treat in cocktails that call for an aged rum.
Sweet, sticky notes of apricot jam are joined by vanilla pods and woody spices, with salted caramel and peppercorns nestling beneath.
