Foursquare 10 Year Old (Master of Malt)
Well, well, well, what do we have here? We've only gone and bottled our very own batch of Foursquare rum for our exclusive Master of Malt collection! This belter from Barbados spent a decade maturing in a combo of new oak and bourbon barrels for a rich, toasty profile, layered with a medley of both sweet and tart fruit. A release of 199 bottles.
Tasting Note by The Chaps at Master of Malt
Nose
Sweet molasses leads the aroma with toasted oak, warm baking spices, and hints of tart dried fruit.
Palate
Rich burnt sugar is balanced by charred oak, creamy vanilla, gentle spice, subtle dried fruit, and fragrant tobacco.
Finish
The finish is warming and lingering, with leathery oak, fading spice, and a distinctive bourbon-like kick.
