Description

This addition to Flor de Caña's Centenario collection showcases the Nicaraguan distillery's carbon-neutral, and fair trade certification! The sustainably produced rum is distilled using 100% renewable energy and matured in bourbon barrels, and it comes housed in a bottle and box made from recycled materials. Flor de Caña has planted 50,000 trees annually since 2005 in order to offset any emissions, so this is a splendid choice for an environmentally conscious rum connoisseur.

Overall

Buttery layers of toffee, oak, and baking spice, with fragrant tobacco and honeyed nuts developing beneath. Vanilla, charred oak, cocoa, and allspice linger.
