When life gives you lemons, make lemonade. When life gives you phoenixes, harvest their tears and make Phoenix Tears Spiced Rum. This glittery tipple is made with a base of Caribbean rum along with cinnamon, ginger and the aforementioned tears of a phoenix. No idea how they make the phoenix cry. They probably make it watch Watership Down or something.
Toasted cinnamon, brown sugar, a kick of citrus oil followed by pineapple and red grape.

This rum is alright. I've had better, I've had worse. The flavour is nice but nothing mind-blowing. Glad i tried it but i don't think I will but it again.
Was an absoluted fantastic rum. Has been added to my favorites list alongside Cloven Hoof, Red Leg and Kraken.
Brought this while on holiday with friends. It didn't last the night. Absolutely delicious
