FAIR. Salvador XO
This XO rum from FAIR. hails from El Salvador, the smallest country in Central America! It's column distilled at the Licorera Cihuatan distillery and then aged in American oak bourbon barrels, before it's bottled in Cognac. The richness imparted from the cask makes this a top contender for a Rum Old Fashioned.
