Engenho Novo da Madeira 3 Year Old (That Boutique-y Rum Company) 50cl

The first batch of rum from Engenho Novo da Madeira bottled up by that Boutique-y Rum Company is here! This expression comes from a distillery in Portugal founded by a descendant of William Hinton, a well-known sugar producer in the later 19th and early 20th century. In fact, you can see William Hinton (and his pooch) on the label, watching all the rum-making processes come together. This expression is three years old, and was interestingly drawn from an ex-Amarone wine cask!
