The white rum from the Embargo range is briefly aged, leading to a very pale golden hue and a touch of warming oaky spice on the palate. It's made using a blend of rum and rhum agricole from Guatemala, Trinidad and Tobago, Martinique, and Cuba. Should do well in cocktails without changing the drink's colour, which is handy.
Banana, cut grass, Alpine herbs, brown sugar.

Doesn’t taste very flavorful, I’m sure it’ll mix well with coke. Tastes much like a whisky.
A fantastic white rum, mixes well with fever tree ginger ale makes a nice alternative to a rum collection.
