
A well-sherried Central American rum from El Ron del Artesano! The Panamanian rum rested in an American oak bourbon cask for most of its maturation, though it was treated to a finish in an Oloroso sherry cask before bottling. A limited 297 bottles were released at 42.6% ABV with lots of orchard fruit and raisin notes.
Honeyed orchard fruit, with tinned pear, toasted nuts, oaky vanilla and waxy citrus peels.
