El Dorado Single Still - Enmore 2009
One of three rums released by El Dorado as part of its Single Still series, this one produced by the Enmore wooden column still. A wooden still doesn't sound like it works, but judging by the brilliance of this expression, that most certainly isn't the case. Exceptional Guyanese rum right here, folks!

Softly smoky, with roasted hazelnut persisting. Rounded sweetness of caramel apple and Bounty bars.
