Crisp with notes of coconut and icing sugar, some tart citrus with cocoa and buttery toffee.
Dry, medium body with notes of dark brown sugar, nutty notes with hay and coconut.

Usually I have made my Hemingway special with Havana Club 3 years, but tried the El Dorado 3 years and it is the best yet! Never tasted so crisp and fresh. Love it, and think its a very decent rum for mixing into cocktails.

This is a lovely white rum. I'd been drinking Bacardi and Havana Club for years and wanted something smoother with more body for mixers - this is it. Sweet and smooth with a coconut aspect to it. Very nice to sip on ice too. Will recommend this to everyone and will buy again.
