A delicious blend of Caribbean rum, El Dorado 15 Year Old marries spirits from the Enmore and Diamond Coffey stills, the Port Mourant double wooden pot still and the Versailles single wooden pot still. All the tasty spirits are blended and then aged in bourbon oak casks before bottling. This was rated the best rum in the world at the International Wine and Spirit Competition four years running, and for good reason.

It is one of the smoothest but least tasting rums I have every had the experience of in my 50 years. There was a run above all others, one called Corni 90. Disappeared from the market never to return. I have been seeking something equal to but nothig has ever come close. I would not buy this one again. Very disappointing considering its write up. For me this was misleading but perhaps it is just personal taste.
Having carried out an aged rum blind tasting this evening, this had the least nice nose out of the rums I tasted. Despite its harsh smell, the taste is on a different planet to the rest. I fully understand how it has won so many awards. This won hands down, for a truly clean cane sugar flavour. Fabulous.
Wow! Tried this with my best friend who prefers spiced rum (which is not my thing!) and came to an agreement... This is the Best rum we have tasted in a very long time! The nose caused a debate on whether caramel or chocolate was present! Who cares? Top notch! 5 stars!!!!!
This kind of ruined rum for me, its so good nothing else I try can come close. Drink it straight or with a little ice, nothing else needed
Possibly one of the best affordable sipping rums, this has a full rich complexity that lingers and ends in again one of the roundest endings. Perfect sipped without any accompanyment other than a warm log fire. Once tried your collection will always include a bottle or two. Great at winter time. Or any time!
