British rum from Nottinghamshire's DropWorks distillery. Clear Drop Rum is produced from molasses and sugar cane juice, fermented with DropWorks' own Trinity Yeast cultivation of three yeast strains. Slowly distilled in custom-made copper stills, different marks are then carefully married by the distillery's master blender before bottling. Unadulterated, colourless, and with delicate notes of creamy vanilla and orchard fruits – whether sipped neat or shaken in a cocktail, it'll work a treat in all manner of classic serves.

Soft waves of creamy vanilla are joined by crisp orchard fruits, suggestions of maple and blueberry, a touch of pepper, and softly earthy nuttiness.
