This rum hails from an undisclosed Jamaican distillery and joins the collection from independent bottler Dràm Mòr. The rum spent 11 years maturing in a single refill bourbon barrel, yielding 254 bottles when it was opened. Leaning away from the funky character of many high-ester Jamaican rums, you can expect a smooth, elegant profile here with buttery notes of banana bread, ginger, and tangy fruit.
