Dorchadas Washed Ashore Edition 2 - 11 Year Old Peated Quarter Cask Finish 70cl Rum

The second instalment in The Washed Ashore collection from Fife's East Neuk Spirit Co. has landed! This intriguing find sees an 11-year-old agricole-style column distilled Dominican rum, matured in bourbon casks for its first nine years before being re-racked in Scotland for a further two years in a peated Islay whisky quarter cask. Rich, bold, and complex, combining Caribbean sweetness and Scottish smoke, and bottled at a hearty cask strength of 62.3% ABV. A release of 139 bottles.
