Dorchadas Amber Spiced Rum 70cl

This characterful rum is brought to us by Fife's East Neuk Spirit Co. It's made with a blend of unaged Jamaican and Dominican pot still molasses rums, reduced to strength using distilled, demineralised Scottish sea water that's generated during the salt manufacturing process. The rum is infused with a host of botanicals that reflect its voyage, including sea buckthorn, cocoa husks, cubeb, grains of paradise, and cassia bark. Try it neat, splash it in your favourite mixer with a wedge of fresh lime and plenty of ice, or rustle up some tasty rum cocktails.
