A sherry-cask-finished variation of the excellent Don Papa Rum from the Philippines. After initially aging in American oak casks, this terrific rum is moved over to a selection of sherry casks – namely Pedro Ximénez, Fino, Palo Cortado, and Cream sherry casks! The result is a complex spirit, bursting with dried fruit and earthy nut notes.
