Saison Rum Pale combines a blend of pot-distilled molasses-based rum and column-distilled sugarcane-based rum from Barbados, Trinidad, and Jamaica. After shipping to France, the rum is blended by Cognac master Jerome Tessendier, applying the same methods used for producing Cognac, harmonising the characteristics from the different island terroirs. The blend is allowed to round off for three months in French oak barrels, adding a smooth hint of oak to the floral, fruity, and elegantly spicy blend before it's bottled without added sugar.
