This addition to the Saison Rum range sees a selection of five-year-old rum, distilled and aged in Trinidad, shipped to France for blending and finishing. Cognac master Jérôme Tessendier applies the same skills learned in his career in Cognac to blend the rum, with the aim of showcasing the terroir and character of Trinidad. The blend is treated to a stay in medium-grain French oak barrels, before finishing its seven year maturation in fine-grain French oak barrels, resulting in a superbly complex and characterful sipper, with generous layers of elegant char and spice. A total release of 1,476 bottles, without added sugar.
