Superb Haitian rum, produced at Le Rocher distillery in 2017. Distilled from sugar cane syrup, it boasts characteristics similar to agricole rum, with layers of grassy, herbaceous cane and a juicy, characterful sweetness. A cracking addition to the Clairin collection.
Tasting Note by The Chaps at Master of Malt
Grassy notes of fresh herbs, juicy cane, and silky syrup rest upon oily hints of rubber and wood smoke. Zesty citrus peel, banana, and green walnut join in time.
