
A blend of three Caribbean rums created by Diablesse, which is based in Manchester. The blend marries spirit from Worthy Park, Foursquare and Diamond Distillery (produced in the only remaining wooden Coffey still), all aged in American oak ex-bourbon barrels.
Chocolate, vanilla pod, light oak, chargrilled pineapple, banana, fudge.
Really fruity, banana, butterscotch, fruitcake, tropical fruit, nice sharpness, warm, peppery oak on mid-palate.
Decent length. Fruity banana bread and pepper on the finish, pineapple cubes

A great nose, with a clean and lasting finish. None of the uncomfortable burn associated with rums in this category. Soon to become a back bar favourite.
