Damoiseau Rhum Gold is produced from fresh sugarcane over in Guadeloupe, and then spends 18 months in oak barrels. This imparts the delicate golden hue and complex oak flavours into this agricole rum. This should make some great rum punches.
Typical sugarcane sweetness alongside a fresh grassiness, warming notes of vanill and cinnamon with oak on the finish.
