From Welsh distillers Dà Mhìle comes this wonderful Organic Rum! Matured in oak, it has a good balance of wood influence and fruity character. Smooth and gently sweet, this would make a good sipping rum and will pair well with your favourite mixer too!
Wafts of vanilla, caramel, and toasted oak chips, buttery sweetness, and warming, woody spice on the finish.
Again my Wife and I first tasted this as part of the Distillery tour 2 years ago, I've tried it neat with ice, tried it with coke, but very nice with ginger ale. Not a massive Rum fan but will have a few this time of year, again saved by MOM late delivery cut off date for Christmas as I forgot to order direct, living in Swansea I get next day delivery from the Distillery but MOM will definitely be purchasing with you again
