Compagnie des Indes Rum Caraibes
A blend of rums (the French label says "rhum", but this is molasses rum) from Guyana, Trinidad and Barbados, presented by Compagnie Des Indes. These have been aged between 3 to 5 years in American oak.
Tasting Note by The Chaps at Master of Malt
Nose
Orange sweeties, caramel, banana and a hint of chocolatey stout. Clean notes of orchard fruit and linen.
Palate
Oak-y spice - think cinnamon, clove and a touch of savoury basil. Golden syrup and chewy raisins.
Finish
Apricot, white grape and a sweet hint of cookie dough.
