Cloven Hoof Spiced Rum is made using a tasty blend of Guyanese and Trinidadian rum, along with a selection of spices. Within this selection you'll find cassia, anise, and clove. Y'know, like the name hints at! Well you know what they say about the devil and details and all that. This is wonderfully warming stuff, very suitable for sipping neat, but it also works well for cocktails that need a good kick of spice.
Enjoyably hot with cooking spice, with underlying caramelised fruit and brown sugar.

Too much cloves, remember getting this rum free when I was playing a show and honestly I thought I was drinking tooth ache medicine. I love spiced rum, even had the real stuff from Cuba and Mexico, this just didn't work for me.
As an ex-sailor, this Rum is absolutely excellent.
