A 2002 vintage rhum agricole from the fabulous Clément over on Martinique! After it was distilled from sugar cane juice, this particular expression rested in French oak for many moons, until it was bottled up at 42% ABV. Some wonderful toasty oak notes to be found alongside the sweet, grassy flavours of the sugar cane.
Chocolate, fruity esters, fresh ginger and lemongrass.
