A Grenadian rum blend from Clarke's Court, which has been aged for 12 years in oak. The rum has seen a double maturation, as the rum was first aged in oak barrels, blended, and then the blend was filled back into oak to marry. The Grenada Sugar Factory began producing rum in 1937, so the #37 expression celebrates that momentous year.
Tasting Note by The Chaps at Master of Malt
Oak char and banoffee pie, with lots of spice and dried fruit, supported by vanilla and a peppery finish.
