Hailing from Jamaica's Clarendon distillery, a splendid single cask rum, independently bottled for The Wild Parrot series! This expression was distilled in 2007 and rested in the cask until 2022 when it was bottled up at an approachable 45% ABV. A top-class sipping rum, brimming with delicious esters and treacly oak.
Unctuous layers of molasses and leathery oak, with burnt banana bread, woody spice, and candied tropical fruits.
