Cihuatán Jade White Rum
An impressive rum from El Salvador, this white rum from Cihuatán enjoyed four years resting in ex-bourbon barrels before being filtered and bottled. Named in honour of the jade talismans said to have been used by Mayan goddess of the arts, Chac Chel, this certainly ought to help add some creative flair to all manner of cocktails.
