Costa Rican rum aged for up to 20 years in a solera system of American oak barrels. Produced by Centenario Internacional whose rums weren't available outside of Costa Rica until 2007!

Nose
Rich caramel, cinnamon, smoked oak and grilled pineapple.
Palate
Unctuous, notes of blackcurrant, cigar box and vanilla pod developing.
Finish
Drying cacao and coffee bean.
