This intriguing rum from Casa Baru is produced at its distillery in the Panamanian highlands. The rum is copper pot distilled from sugar cane syrup sourced from surrounding farms and married with Geisha coffee fruit.
Bought for my father who's a whiskey connoisseur. He was blown away by this - he said it was really good as a straight drink on the rocks, like a good malt.
