From Trinidad's long-lost Caroni distillery, an immensely impressive 25-year-old rum joins the range from independent bottler Adelphi. Distilled in 1997, the rum spent its years in a single refill hogshead, yielding a total outturn of 204 bottles when it was opened in 2023.
