It's Caroni folks! Sometimes (often?) described as 'the Port Ellen of rum', a description that will mean far more if you're a whisky fan than the rum enthusiast you may well be if you're reading this. Not that the two should be mutually-exclusive, of course! Perish the thought. But yes, rare rum from a finite pool of ever-depleting stock from a now-closed, and much-loved and celebrated distillery.
