Caroni 24 Year Old 1998 - Rum Sponge Edition No.16 (Decadent Drinks) 70cl

The legendary stills of the Caroni distillery in Trinidad create a rich, funky, and smoky rum like the one we have in front of us. It was filled into a first-fill barrel in 1998 and then spent its first five or so years maturing in the warm climate of the Caribbean, before being transported to the UK for further aging. After 24 years of maturation, it was bottled at cask strength in 2022 as part of the Decadent Drinks Rum Sponge collection. Check out that cool label too.
