“As I understand this is a pure pot still rum from Fiji. The nose is milk chocolate powder (hot chocolate) with marshmallows and a slice of bakewell tart - heavenly. The palate is more of the same, and the finish is quite long with predominantly the chocolate powder notes. It is absolutely delicious and at a price that begs you to play around with it in cocktails too. Perhaps a little on the sweet side for some but don't let that put you off, you can always adjust balance in a cocktail.”
