From West Indies Rum & Cane Merchants comes this single cask Venezuelan rum, distilled in a column still from molasses at C.A.C.S.A. It was then aged in a single American oak barrel until it was bottled at 46% ABV.
Caramelised almonds and cashews, with toffee apple, slightly burnt brown sugar and creamy vanilla, underpinned by very subtle smoke.
