The Oxenham Craft Distillery from Mauritius created this XO rum using its white rum as a base spirit which was diluted down before it was aged for a minimum of six years in seasoned oloroso sherry and Pedro Ximenez casks. Blended and bottled at 42% ABV, Bougainville XO comes in a stylish decanter and gift box.
Dried fruits, caramel and tobacco are balanced well.
