Rum Cat is the brainchild of Bottomley Distillers, and was inspired by the family cat! A base of Caribbean rum has been spiced with cinnamon and ginger, and sweetened with fresh pineapple and bananas for a truly tropical tipple. Ginger beer ought to serve this one rather well!
Brown sugar sweetness and caramelised banana, alongside a tang of pineapple and a backdrop of warming spices.
Not great. Tastes like a different spirit with rum flavours placed over the top. Nice bottle though.
