An independent bottling of 3 year old rum from the little-known Bonne Mère in Guadeloupe. After being matured in a combination of bourbon barrels and French oak casks, this rum was bottle by Cane Island.
Tasting Note by The Chaps at Master of Malt
Surprisingly oak-driven for a 3 year old rum, though sweeter notes of caramelised dates and orange peel develop later on.
