Bayou Rum hails from Louisiana, and this Single Barrel expression is distilled from single source sugar cane. After, it's aged for two and a half years in barrels which previously held rye whiskey, making for a slightly spicier flavour profile.
White pepper spice, passion fruit, tannic oak and a drizzle of honey, with a tropical fruity finish of pineapple and banana milkshake.
