For this Pink expression, Bayou has taken a base of its White Rum, produced in Louisiana, and blended it with mayhaw berries, a local small, tart berry that looks rather like a cranberry. Some lovely tart fruity notes among the tropical sweetness of the rum to be found here.

Straight best served cold out of freezer or Shaken or stirred on the rocks for sipping, this rum has a bite with a surprising tart after flavor. Mixed with Sprite or 7up the sweetness and tartness blend to a flavor similar to "May Haw Jelly". Cliff
