Batch PX Sherry Cask Rum
A wonderfully festive aged Caribbean rum from Batch which spent its days maturing in a Pedro Ximénez sherry cask that the folks at the distillery picked up on a family holiday to Córdoba! The rum spent 14 months in the cask, so now it's packed full of Christmassy spices and heaps of dried fruit, with a well-balanced dryness from the oak.
Tasting Note by The Chaps at Master of Malt
Gingerbread, Christmas pudding, caramel chocolate and woody cinnamon, with heaps of raisin, date and a dry, oaky finish.
