We love dark rum-based cocktails, and we know that's a common thing. They're very good, so it makes sense. Bars end up going through plenty of dark rum as a result of this, so it also makes sense that Base Spirits has presented its Dark Rum in a 10-litre bag-in-bag (otherwise known as a BIB). Not just fun to say (BIB!), these big vessels are cost effective and help to save space and waste compared to having 10 litres of dark rum in 70cl bottles. Base Spirits Dark Rum is made with a well-tuned blend of high-ester Caribbean rums, showcasing great balance and depth, and suiting all kinds of superb serves.

Nose
Cola cubes and pineapple chunks, followed by fresh banana and solid oak.
Palate
Banana once again, but now frying in a pan with honey and cinnamon.
Finish
Cherry, orange and a good kick of peppercorn.
