Well-aged rum from Bacardi here! Matured for a decade in the Caribbean, this one was lightly charcoal filtered before bottling. The result is an easy-sipping, rather mellow rum – we're thinking about whipping up a tropical twist on an Old Fashioned.
Tinned pineapple, dried apricot, butterscotch, cinnamon, caramelised nuts, and a little oak char.
