Distilled from pure sugar cane juice in the Dominican Republic, this rum is matured in bourbon casks for at least eight years. The rum is then treated to a finish in a combo of Pedro Ximénez and oloroso sherry casks, resulting in a characterful, full-bodied sipper, brimming with dried fruits, rich oak, toffee, and caramel.
