Ron Sostenible Triple Cask 8 Year Old
Distilled from pure sugar cane juice in the Dominican Republic, this rum is matured in bourbon casks for at least eight years. The rum is then treated to a finish in a combo of Pedro Ximénez and oloroso sherry casks, resulting in a characterful, full-bodied sipper, brimming with dried fruits, rich oak, toffee, and caramel.

Rich layers of honeyed dates, caramel, and vanilla fudge are backed by oaken spice, sherried sultanas, hints of marmalade, and distant pepper.
