Column distilled and tropically aged in the Dominican Republic, this rum spent 15 years maturing in bourbon barrels before it was transported to Europe. Quite the epic journey, too, it sailed aboard a wind-powered ship, which sounds like a superb adventure, and is also more friendly for the environment!
