A.H. Riise XO Port Cask Rum 2015
AH Riise XO Port Cask Rum is made up of more than 15 different, exclusive Caribbean rums that have matured individually in oak barrels with an average age of 20 years - each of them a single barrel filling. After their marriage, they're stored together for 6 months in Port Vins barrels (pipe) in the Bodega Cálem, before it is bottled.
All bottles are labelled with an individual bottle number and the bottling year.

Nose
Dark mahogany, plums and slightly spicy vanilla character.
Palate
Wild berries, vanilla bean, spicy port wine and rustic oak beams.
Finish
Long and subtly sweet.
