The rum experts at 1423 have focused on expressions with a particularly powerful profile to join the S.B.S. Origin Selection. This unaged pot still rum from an undisclosed Jamaican distillery certainly fits the bill, and carries the TECA mark to reflect its high ester level, 1200-1300 gr/hL.
This is a heavy ester rum. On my second bottle as this is my new favourite. Concerning buying another :D
Have well entered the Rum rabbit hole over the past year, and this is like no other I have tasted. Nice lasting punch, good and interesting flavour... Quids in ;)
